(See Chapter 1) Georg died 10 Mar 1863, Spencer County, Indiana. Burial at St. Peter's Cemetery, Huff Township, Spencer County, Indiana. His name is spelled Georg MANN on his grave stone.
    Georg married Margaretha Magdalena KUFFNER 10 Jun 1821, Creussen, Oberfranken, Bavaria, Germany. She was born 12 Aug 1804, Pebitz, Bavaria, Germany. She died after 14 Aug 1860 and before 1 Sep 1870, Spencer County, Indiana, U.S.A.
    In Jun 1851, George and his family began their journey from Cresussen to Bremen to New Orleans to Indiana.
    On 19 Jul 1852, George MANN became a naturalized citizen of the United States in Perry County, Indiana. The paper says that he immigrated to the United States in 1851 from Bavaria.

    Wolfgang married Margaretha Mary "Margaret" LEISTNER 11 Jul 1853, Spencer County, Indiana. (Note: The Indiana State record recorded it as Wolfgang MANN and Margaretta LEISTNER.) She was born about 1835, Langenreuth, Oberfranken, Bavaria, Germany, daughter of August George Martin and Elizabetha (LAUTNER) LEISTNER. Margaret died Wednesday, 20 Sep 1905 at her home in German Ridge, Tobin Township, Perry County, Indiana. She was 70 years, 4 months and 6 days old. Buried 35 years to the day she went to Perry County. Burial in St. John's Cemetery, Tobin Township, Perry County, Indiana.

    Lena married Daniel P. SANDAGE 1901/02. He was born Dec 1878, Indiana, son of J. D. and Lavina (___?___) SANDAGE. He died between 1910 and 1920, Perry County, Indiana. (Note: Lena was listed as Lena M. SCHMERWITZ when she married.)
    On 5 May 1910, the census shows Daniel (29) and Lena (23) SANDAGE living in Troy Township, Perry County, Indiana. With them were their children L. Pearl SANDAGE age 6; Zelda D. SANDAGE age 3; and Dewie K. SANDAGE age 5 months. Dan was a farm laborer. They were renting their home.
